Yajool collects as little personal data as a website of this kind can. This page explains what is collected, why, and your choices.
What we collect
Yajool has no user accounts, does not ask for financial details, and never sells personal data.
- Usage analytics — anonymous page-view and interaction data (via analytics tools such as Google Analytics) used to understand what content helps visitors. IP-based location is approximate; we do not build personal profiles.
- Preferences — your language and display preferences may be stored in your browser (cookies / local storage) so the site remembers them.
- Messages you send us — if you email us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.
- Card-finder queries — if you use our card-finder assistant, the question text is logged without your identity to improve answer quality.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics and preferences, as described above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site keeps working.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Vercel; analytics may be processed by Google. When you click an application link, you leave Yajool and the bank’s own privacy policy applies — we do not see anything you enter on a bank’s site.
Your rights
We aim to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). To ask what data we hold about you or request deletion, contact us — email is the fastest route.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
