Editorial guidelines

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Yajool’s promise is simple: clear, honest, verified. These are the rules our content is held to.

Accuracy and sourcing

Every rate, fee and benefit we publish is checked against primary sources: the issuing bank’s product pages, key facts statements, schedules of charges, and terms and conditions — plus Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) publications where relevant. Card pages display when their data was last verified.

We link to official bank pages so you can check the source yourself, and we never bury a fee to make a card look better.

How we use AI — disclosed honestly

We use AI tools to help research bank documents and draft content in both languages. Every fact, rate and fee is then verified by a human editor against the bank’s official documents before publishing, and the human editor owns the final judgment in every review. If that verification hasn’t happened, it doesn’t get published.

Corrections and updates

When we learn a published number is wrong or has changed, we correct the page, update its verification date, and — for meaningful changes to a recommendation — note what changed. Expired welcome offers are updated as soon as we learn of them.

To report an error, contact us. We take these seriously and act on them quickly.

Independence

Commercial relationships never shape editorial output: rankings, ratings, pros and cons, and verdicts are decided on the merits.

Not financial advice

Yajool content is information, not personal financial advice. Card suitability depends on your income, spending and circumstances — confirm all terms with the bank before applying.
