Rewards rate
"A free-for-life card that still gets you into lounges and hands over 75,000 welcome miles is genuinely unusual in the UAE. Use it for what it's for — travel bookings at 3–6x — and keep it forever. Just don't make it your grocery card: at 0.5x on retail and less on penalty categories, everyday spend earns almost nothing."
Earning and redeeming Voyager Miles
The earn structure mirrors the World Elite at half strength: 6 miles per 1 on the Voyager Travel Portal, 3 miles on any other travel booking, and 0.5 miles on everyday retail. The same reduced categories apply — groceries, supermarkets, insurance, fast food and EU/UK spend earn 25% of the base rate, while fuel, utilities, government services, education, real estate, charity and telecom earn just 10%.
Redemption happens inside ENBD X: tap your miles balance to open the Voyager Travel Portal, then book flights or hotels, or transfer miles to partner airlines and hotels. The bank's value chart estimates 275,000+ miles and 3,483 in travel savings for a strong first year — assumptions, not guarantees.

- Complimentary lounge access via Mastercard Travel Pass
- Airport transfers in the UAE and at select international destinations
- Weak everyday earning — just 0.5 miles per 1 on retail
- Groceries, fuel, utilities and EU/UK spend earn only 10–25% of the already-low base rate
- High 3.69% monthly interest rate (44.28% p.a.)

Is it right for you?
Get this card if
- You want lounge access and travel perks without ever paying an annual fee.
- You book a few trips a year and can route them through the Voyager Travel Portal for 6x.
- You earn 12,000+ a month and want a keeper card alongside a cashback daily driver.
Consider skipping it if
- You expect rewards on everyday spend — 0.5x on retail and 10–25% of that on groceries, fuel and utilities is close to nothing.
- You spend 70,000+ in three months and travel often — the World Elite's 12x rate and 150,000-mile offer outrun this card even after its fee.
- You carry a balance — 3.69% a month is among the highest rates in ENBD's lineup.
Alternatives to consider
