Rewards rate
"Think of the Flexi as a perks card that happens to earn points. Lounge access, a roaming eSIM and airport transfers on a free card at 12,000 salary is a combination nobody else really offers — just pick your six benefits deliberately, pay in full every month, and ignore the points."
Earning and redeeming Plus Points
The Flexi earns 1.5 Plus Points per 100 on retail spend — the bank markets it as 1.5% rewards — with ENBD's standard penalty buckets: 0.4 points per 100 at supermarkets, groceries, insurance and car dealerships, and 0.2 on fuel, utilities, real estate and education. A per-statement cap applies and isn't published.
Points redeem instantly at key merchant outlets at the point of sale. But the card's value lives in the Choose Your Benefits flow: 3 of 5 travel benefits (900+ lounges, Global Blue tax refunds, airport transfers, flight-delay lounges, 3GB eSIM), 2 of 4 lifestyle perks (Careem discounts, golf, SupperClub, concierge) and 1 of 3 entertainment treats (Anghami, STARZPLAY, VOX). Choose for your actual life, not the brochure.
