Rewards rate
"7% back on the weekly LuLu run, redeemed -for- at the till, is about as direct as grocery rewards get in the UAE. But this card only makes sense if LuLu genuinely is your supermarket: the joining fee, the 1,667-point cycle cap and the LuLu-only redemption mean casual shoppers should take the free Titanium — or a cashback card — instead."
Earning and redeeming LuLu Points
Earning is simple: 7% back as LuLu Points on anything you buy at LuLu in-store or on LuLu online, 4% on fuel, 2% on utility bills and 0.7% on everything else — with no minimum spend. The usual ENBD penalty categories apply: non-LuLu groceries, insurance, car dealerships, fast food and EU-originated spends earn 25% of the base rate, while real estate, education and government services earn just 10%. Earning caps out at 1,667 points per billing cycle.
Redemption is the card's best feature: 1 LuLu Point = 1, spendable at the point of sale in 70+ LuLu stores across the UAE from 24 hours after the transaction posts. There is no portal, no conversion and no minimum — but also no other option: points can't be transferred, exchanged for cash or used anywhere but LuLu, and only the primary cardholder can redeem.

Is it right for you?
Get this card if
- LuLu is your main supermarket and you spend 1,000+ a month there — 7% back clears the fees quickly.
- You also fuel up and pay utility bills on the card, stacking 4% and 2% on top of the grocery earn.
- You're happy taking rewards as money off your LuLu bill rather than cash or miles.
Consider skipping it if
- You shop at Carrefour, Spinneys or Union Coop — non-LuLu grocery spend earns a token 0.175%.
- You don't want fees for a supermarket card — the LuLu 247 Titanium is free for life at half the earn rates.
- You want flexible rewards — LuLu Points can't be converted to cash, miles or anything outside LuLu.
