Rewards rate
“If you have Prime and an Amazon habit, this card pays for itself instantly because it never charges a fee — 6% back in points that are literally off your next order. Just don't put fuel, groceries or bills on it, and know the rates halve the day your Prime lapses.”
Earning and redeeming Amazon Reward Points
The card earns Amazon Reward Points based on your daily Prime status: 6% on Amazon.ae, 2% on Amazon Fresh and gift cards, 2.5% on international spend (outside the UK/EEA) and up to 2% on other domestic spend. A long list of everyday categories — government services, utilities, supermarkets, education, insurance, real estate, car dealerships, fast food and fuel — earns just 0.25%.
Redemption is the simplest in the UAE market: 1 point = 1 off at Amazon.ae checkout once the card is added as a payment method. Points land within 3 days of a transaction posting, last 5 years, and there is no monthly earning cap — though points only accrue on spend up to your credit limit each month, and bank-channel bill payments earn nothing.
