Rewards rate
"Free-for-life Visa Infinite cards with guest-inclusive lounge access essentially don't exist elsewhere in the UAE — DIB gives you one at 20,000 salary. Just respect its rules: spend 8,000 a month to keep the perks free, avoid using it abroad, and never carry a balance at 3.69% a month."
Earning and redeeming Wala'a Rewards
The Prime Infinite earns 3 Wala'a Rewards per 1 on retail spend in the UAE and 3.5 per equivalent in foreign currency. With 20,000 Wala'a Rewards worth 100, that's about 1.5% back domestically — a genuinely good rate for a card with no fee. The catches: EU spend earns nothing at all, and a long penalty list — supermarkets, telecom, education, petroleum, government services (including utility bills), takaful, car dealers, transport and real estate — earns just 0.2 Wala'a per , about 0.1%. Bills paid through DIB's own platforms, plus FX purchases, crypto, wire transfers and charity, earn nothing.
Redemption is flexible for a bank programme: book flights and hotel stays, take statement credit against your balance, buy Amazon.ae gift cards, pay utility bills or use the miles-exchange option — all from the DIB app. Value is flat at 20,000 points = 100, so there's no sweet spot to hunt; just redeem for whatever you'd have paid cash for.

Pros and cons
- Genuinely free for life — the KFS lists both annual and renewal fee as Nil
- Solid 1.5% effective return on general domestic spend (3 Wala'a per 1)
- 12 lounge visits a year including a guest, rare on a no-fee card
- 2 free valet parkings a month and roadside assistance up to 5 times a year
- Fully Sharia-compliant Salam structure with late payments going to charity, not the bank
- High 3.70% international usage fee wipes out the better 3.5x foreign-currency earn rate
- Spend in EU countries earns no Wala'a Rewards at all
- Supermarkets, fuel, telecom, education, government and similar categories earn only about 0.1%
- Valet and similar offers require 8,000 minimum monthly spend to stay free
- Profit rate of up to 3.69% per month is steep if you carry a balance
- 20,000 minimum salary is the highest in the Prime range
Is it right for you?
Get this card if
- You earn 20,000+ and want premium Islamic banking perks without any annual fee
- You can comfortably spend 8,000 a month to keep valet and offers free
- You travel a few times a year and will use 12 guest-inclusive lounge visits
- You pay your balance in full — late payment is a charity donation, but profit still accrues
Consider skipping it if
- Much of your spend is supermarkets, fuel, telecom or bills — those earn ~0.1% here
- You spend heavily abroad — the 3.70% usage fee outweighs the extra earn, and EU spend earns nothing
- You want airline miles or transferable points rather than fixed-value bank rewards
