"We can't do the math on this card, because CBD won't show it: no fee amount, no earn rate, and a page whose promo copy expired a while back. When a bank's own current fee documents skip a card, that usually means it's not really being sold — and at ⃃ 15,000 salary you have far better-documented options, including at CBD itself."

Earning and redeeming CBD Reward Points

The Titanium earns CBD Reward Points on every ⃃, but the page never says how many, and the card is absent from the earn tables CBD publishes for its current lineup. The redemption side is genuinely flexible: through the CBD Mobile App you can turn points into flights, hotel bookings, Emirates Skywards Miles, shopping vouchers, cashback, charity donations or Pay with Points.

Without a published earn rate or Skywards conversion ratio, we can't estimate value per ⃃ — treat any rewards value as unverified until CBD quotes you numbers in writing.

Pros and cons

Pros
Cons
  • CBD Reward Points redeem flexibly — flights, hotels, Skywards Miles, vouchers or cashback
  • Some regional lounge access (10+ Marhaba/CAC lounges) unusual at the Titanium tier
  • Up to 5 free-for-life supplementary cards (family members aged 15+)
  • 0% easy instalment plans at eligible merchants and Cash on Call up to 90% of your limit
  • Priceless Specials 2-for-1 offers and 20% off Emaar attractions
  • Annual fee applies but CBD does not publish the amount anywhere current — you find out when you apply
  • Earn rate per ⃃ is not published either, so the rewards value is unverifiable
  • Steep ⃃ 15,000 minimum salary for a mid-tier card — triple what CBD's Smiles cards require
  • Absent from CBD's current KFS and Schedule of Charges variant lists — it looks like a legacy product
  • 3.5% foreign-currency fee, also charged on ⃃-priced international transactions
  • Lounge access is regional (Marhaba/CAC), cardholder-only, and entitlements 'vary by card type'

Is it right for you?

Get this card if

  • You already hold this card — the redemption options via the CBD app remain decent.
  • CBD has quoted you the fee and earn rate in writing and the numbers work for you.
  • You specifically want Skywards-convertible bank points on a Mastercard at CBD.

Consider skipping it if

  • You're choosing a new card — CBD's Smiles and One cards publish their numbers and ask a third of the salary.
  • You expect real lounge coverage when you travel — this is 10+ regional lounges, cardholder only.
  • You won't apply for a product whose annual fee isn't published. That's a reasonable position.
