Rewards rate
"For 199 this is an easy card to hold: 3% on the Carrefour-and-City-Centre spending most UAE households already do, a bonus that pays the fee back, and Sharia-compliant mechanics. It just shouldn't be your only card — 0.25% on everything from Lulu to petrol means the rest of your spending deserves a different home."
Earning and redeeming SHARE Points
SHARE is Majid Al Futtaim's loyalty programme, and ADIB is an official banking partner. The Platinum earns 3% back in SHARE Points at Carrefour (in-store and online), Mall of the Emirates, every City Centre mall, Ski Dubai, Magic Planet and all MAF brands — doubled to 6% for your first 90 days if you apply between 15 May and 31 December 2026. Other local spend earns 1.25%, as does international spend outside Europe; EEA merchants and the "specific merchants" list — supermarkets, fuel, government, utilities, education — drop to 0.25%.
Redemption is instant and simple: 1 SHARE Point = 0.10, spendable at any Majid Al Futtaim merchant through the SHARE app — pay entirely with points or points plus cash, with no minimum. There are no transfer partners and no award charts, which also means no way to move value outside the MAF ecosystem.

Frequently asked questions
Does the ADIB SHARE Visa Platinum have an annual fee?+
Yes — AED 199 plus 5% VAT. From the second year onwards the fee is reversed if you spent the equivalent of AED 15,000 in non-AED transactions, or AED 45,000 in total local and international spend, in the previous year.
What is the welcome bonus?+
2,000 SHARE Points, worth AED 200. It is credited within 60 days of paying the first-year annual fee, and you must activate the card and make your first retail transaction within 30 days of issuance. It doesn't apply to card reissuances.
What is the limited-time 6% offer?+
Apply between 15 May and 31 December 2026 and you earn double points — 6% instead of 3% — at Carrefour, Mall of the Emirates, all City Centre malls, Ski Dubai and Magic Planet during your first 90 days. The promotional points are credited by 30 April 2027.
How much are SHARE Points worth?+
1 SHARE Point = AED 0.10, so 3% back means AED 3 per AED 100 spent at Majid Al Futtaim destinations. Points redeem instantly at any MAF merchant via the SHARE app, with no minimum.
Is the card Sharia-compliant?+
Yes. It is a covered card based on a commodity murabaha structure, approved by ADIB's Internal Shari'a Supervisory Committee. The fixed 3.75% monthly profit may be offset by short-term investment profit and a discretionary bank bonus when you pay your balance in full.
Does it include airport lounge access?+
No — lounge access is not advertised on the Platinum. In ADIB's SHARE line-up that perk belongs to the SHARE Visa Infinite.
What do supermarkets, fuel and government payments earn?+
Just 0.25% back. ADIB's "specific merchants" list covers supermarkets (outside Carrefour), government services, utilities, education, petrol stations, real estate agents, public transport, Salik and charities.
What is the minimum salary?+
ADIB doesn't publish a card-specific salary requirement. The Key Facts Statement states the UAE Central Bank minimum monthly income of AED 5,000 for covered-card eligibility; approval is at the bank's discretion.
